This is great! Thank you for inviting me. Looking forward to seeing you soon, I hope. I have a question - that week, the dollar weed (?) in the picture, is it edible and sort of the weed equivalent of watercress?
You can eat the underground stems. Those stems are white, bland, and crunchy. I'm not sure how it would be equivalent to watercress.
