Th...I wish you had wild dandelions where you lived. They make wonderful chicken food. Our chickens sometimes laid 2 eggs a day and they were often double dark yellow yolked eggs. Like you mentioned about your chicken's yolks, they were very dark yellow... nothing like store bought eggs. You make me want to have hens again....... almost.
